Both on a GPS golf watch and on a GPS golf rangefinder, Garmin preloads more than 30,000 international golf courses on the latest devices. With over 1,000 courses from Germany in some cases, the home golf club is usually pre-installed as well. If a course can't be found, that's no problem. On the Garmin homepage you have the possibility to report the error. Within a few days the list of golf courses is updated. But this will usually not happen, because Garmin itself is constantly working on new lists to reach every golfer's heart.

Using the golf GPS devices is quite simple. As soon as you arrive at the golf course, you activate the device. The club is automatically found via Satelitt and you're ready to go. During the round, depending on the rangefinder, you will be provided with different information. For example, the Garmin Approach S6 not only shows you the distance to the front, back and middle of the green, but also the distances for doglegs and other obstacles on the course. You can save your stats, of course.

And note: Garmin GPS golf watches and rangefinders are not good for tournaments. It is mainly for private training purposes that they are of great use. Improve your score little by little. Because if you know your stroke lengths, this will increase your confidence and you will automatically become more accurate and therefore better.
