Information on deregistration options

In addition to emails for marketing purposes, we send important service and transactional emails from which you cannot unsubscribe independently. Here you will find an overview of affected emails.

Order processing: All emails containing information about the order must be delivered to you. This includes order confirmations, shipping confirmations and returns confirmations.

Payment processing: All emails that are necessary for the processing of contractually agreed payments must be sent to you. This includes payment links (so-called "paylinks"), invoices, payment reminders and reminders.

Password change: emails that allow you to log in after you have forgotten your password. This includes sending emails that allow you to change a forgotten password and sending emails that confirm such a change.

Contact Request: emails notifying you that we have received your contact request.
