The Limited Edition Scotty Cameron Newport 2 3B Triple Black left-handed putter is the flagship model of the B3 Triple Black LTD line and is based on the shape of the Super Select Newport 2, but with a black finish and black shaft and grip.
The B3 Triple Black LTD line consists of classic playable blade designs in a Tour Black finish. Inspired by convertible culture - where a black paint job, black interior and black top equals a "Triple Black" color combination - the special edition includes four of the most popular club heads in Scotty Cameron's own "Triple Black" design format: black finish, black shaft and black handle.
Tour Black finish
The Tour Black finish on the B3 Triple Black LTD putters is created by PVD treating the 303 stainless steel putter heads to create the dark look and reduce glare. The toplines are treated by hand and the faces and soles are polished by hand before application. The chrome-plated shaft also features the same Tour Black finish.
Dual-Milled face technology
The line's dual-milled faces combine the softness of deep-milled putters with the evenness and feedback of modern medium-deep milled models. In combination, they create a tour-inspired feel.
Weighting
The B3 Triple Black Design LTD putters are perfectly balanced and also feature sole weights for heel and toe for precise individual adjustment at the factory. The Catalina comes with stainless steel weights of 10, 15 and 20 grams. Heavier tungsten weights of 30, 35 and 40 grams are used for the other models. They are adjusted to the corresponding putter lengths of 33, 34 and 35 inches. The loft is 3.5° for all models and the lie angle is 70°.
Accessories
Each B3 Triple Black Design LTD putter is equipped with a black Pistolini Plus grip and its own club cover. In addition, the stepless Tour Black steel shaft is decorated with a specially designed series shaft band.
