XXIO 13

The XXIO 13 fairway wood is lightweight and helps golfers with medium swing speeds hit longer, straighter shots off the tee and fairway. The XXIO 13's unique, specialized technologies have been precisely engineered to help experienced golfers swinging at 90mph or less improve ball speed, accuracy and consistency.

New Activwing
This new two-stage airfoil design uses aerodynamic forces to better stabilize the club head on the downswing. The new ActivWing helps move the club face into the optimal hitting position, making it easier for you to hit the sweet spot and improve ball speed.

BiFlex Face
In the upper corners of the toe and heel of the BiFlex Face, each side has its own unique edge shape. The toe edge is stretched and rounded, while the heel edge is narrow and sharp. These geometries adapt the strength of the edge specifically to the structural requirements of each side and extend the high COR range of the clubface. The BiFlex Face acts as a strong frame around the highly flexible clubface and reinforces strategically precise areas to optimize speed across the entire clubface.

Rebound Frame
The Rebound Frame uses alternating layers of stiff and flexible zones to improve overall COR and create a spring-in-a-spring effect. The XXIO 13 drivers feature a rebound frame with a flat cup face for even more power on shots across the face.

Flat Cup Face
To improve COR across the entire clubface, the flat cup face has a larger, thinner center section. This design allows for increased ball speed and distance no matter where you hit the ball. The driver face is made from special Super-TIX® 51AF titanium for an even thinner, faster face.

Cannon Sole
A floating weight pad positions the center of gravity of each fairway wood for optimal launch and distance. The unique cannon shape allows us to place the mass where it is needed without compromising the flexibility of the clubface - especially helpful on shots hit low on the clubface.

Step Crown
The stepped crown shape contributes to the effectiveness of the rebound frame by promoting the flex of the clubface. But its shape also lowers the mass in the club head, lowering the center of gravity for higher launch and longer carry.

Weight Plus
The proprietary handle design positions mass in the handle end of the shaft. This counterweight makes for an easier takeaway and helps you find the ideal point at the top of your upswing, facilitating release on the downswing for more consistent contact.
